The Degenerate Digest v.164

4-1. I’m counting Utah because regardless of the JDLLA saying if BYU lost outright, we weren’t going to bother with Utah, I still took Utah. As did a number of dedicated degenerates who thanked me for Utah. Even though the JDLLA clearly stated not to bother with Utah. If you thank me for a pick, I’m going to count it. You’re welcome.
AND, with the long anticipated return of the #PremiumMemberTickleTeaser, we cashed that 11-leg, 12 point purchase at +750. Congrats to us all.
Do you guys know about Halloween? A holiday centered around fear, pretending to be something you’re not, and sweet treats? Quite an interesting combination when you really think about it, right Tony?
Tony, I’m scared people don't understand what it means to follow the rules of college football on Halloween.
This is the part where I list the rules of college football on Halloween. Except there are no rules.
Over the years, Halloween weekend in college football has provided some rather strange occurrences. Call it the spooky vibes, the uniform matchups, the crowd distractions, or the focus being on the kegger after the game (or before the game?) rather than the opponent. In today’s slate, you’ll find some more random matchups compared to the larger head to heads throughout the day. We still have some strong games, but we’re looking to get a little weird with it.
PSA: I’m writing today’s Digest early Friday morning, so expect some line movement to take place, DMs will be open if you’d like to inquire directly about any potential movement and my live thoughts regarding such.
Illinois @ Maryland: Over 53.5
Am I chasing Illinois over’s? I wouldn’t go that far. Their defense is not good. You know what’s worse? Oregon's offense. Maryland has had one game be under 54 points this season, a 38-14 win @ UConn before UConn started playing football for the season.
Final Score: Illinois 32, Maryland 24
Auburn @ (12) Ole Miss: Ole Miss -10.5
I know I shared the Public Service Announcement already, but at time of writing offshore books have this line at -13. I’m buying on the value here. Ole Miss didn’t have their best performance on the road against Texas last week, especially in the first half. But they did claw their way back into it. They seem to be a team that struggles greatly in big road matchups (see Florida earlier this year in the swamp). Now back home off a loss against dog water Auburn who lucked into a win against Georgia, I smell a beat down.

Before I provide the score prediction, I want to explain why I’ve been so harsh against Auburn this season. They fucked me earlier in the season on a roll-over challenge, so I must fuck them back in the Digest for the year. Dems da rules.
Final Score: Ole Miss 100, Auburn 1
(17) Florida @ (3) Georgia: Georgia -10.5
The World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. Only this year, it’s indoors. With renovations taking place at the previous neutral site location for this rivalry game, EverBank Stadium, we have a new first time location for this matchup - Atlanta, Georgia.

I know we say it every single time, rivalry game - throw out the record books. But I simply cannot look at how these two teams went into their bye weeks and not expect Georgia to absolutely take it to the Gators ‘at home’. Florida’s win against Texas was impressive, but that was more about Texas not being able to get out of it’s own way than Florida having a truly strong performance. A win’s a win. Georgia, as I briefly mentioned in the above pick, simply lost that game against Auburn. They were fumbling all over the place, doing really dumb shit, and just never looked to even attempt playing their brand of football on that particular 17th of October. They can’t come out looking that way tomorrow. Rivalry or not. They need to go belt to ass. It might not feel like that because of the rivalry. But my expectation is the final score will reflect it.
Final Score: Georgia 38, Florida 17
Army @ Memphis: Over 59.5
Army has been putting up points the past few weeks. 38 to Tulsa, and 56 to FAU. Memphis has been giving up points the past few weeks. 34 to ECU, and 31 to Tulane. The math is mathing.
Final Score: Memphis 34, Army 31
Oregon State @ Fresno State: Over 58.5
Oregon State is taking the college football world by storm right now. Iykyk. But let’s stick with points in this game. It’s Halloween, remember?
Final Score: Oregon State 34, Fresno State 28
Of course I’m rolling the winnings from last weeks #PremiumMemberTickleTeaser into the Halloween slate. DMs are open.
